Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC seeks an Accounting Specialist for the Accounting Operations Department in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. The role focuses on processing high-volume account transactions, performing reconciliations, and ensuring accuracy to meet deadlines.

You will research discrepancies, prepare modifications, and coordinate with internal teams and customers, while maintaining compliance with established guidelines.

• Process high-volume account transactions and case work while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines
• Perform account reconciliations, payment allocations, refunds, and account adjustments
• Research and resolve invoice, payment, and account discrepancies while coordinating with internal teams and customers
• Prepare and process account modifications, documentation, and maintenance requests in compliance with established guidelines
• Manage customer correspondence, case assignment activities, and outgoing account-related communications
