Our client in the NW Houston area is seeking a Billing Administrator to assist on a 3-6 month contact project.

Skills and responsibilities include:

• Manage customer billing and invoicing activities.
• Process purchase orders and coordinate invoice payments.
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Review and process contract changes and billing adjustments.
• Maintain contract, billing, and project records within the company system.
• Resolve customer billing questions and disputes in a timely manner.
• Reconcile invoices and ensure billing accuracy.
• Support vendor onboarding and maintain vendor documentation.
• Ensure lease, insurance, and compliance records are up to date.

Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce is a plus#DALFT
