Northwest Exterminating in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Customer Service Representative to join our fast-paced team. You will respond to customer inquiries, support the sales team and field technicians, and help deliver outstanding care to our clients.

Ideal candidates communicate clearly, stay organized, and adapt to a high-volume call environment. Training will cover our pest-control services and scheduling processes to ensure seamless service delivery.

JOB SUMMARY:

As a member of our awesome customer experience team, you will be responsible for responding to and managing customer inquiries. Our Customer Service Representatives work to assist our sales team and field technicians so that they can deliver excellent customer care.
