Job summary

Northwest Exterminating in Tucson, Arizona is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will respond to customer inquiries, support our sales team and field technicians, and help deliver outstanding service.

Shifts run 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with select Saturdays 9:00 AM–12:00 PM on a rotational basis. Ideal candidates have strong communication, multitasking ability, and comfort with computers.

JOB SUMMARY:

As a member of our awesome customer experience team, you will be responsible for responding to and managing customer inquiries. Our Customer Service Representatives work to assist our sales team and field technicians so that they can deliver excellent customer care.

HOURS:

Shifts range between 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. Monday through Friday, and 9:00 A.M. - 12:00 P.M. on select Saturdays.
