Job summary

Northwest Exterminating in Tucson, AZ, is seeking a Commercial Sales Manager to lead our team of Commercial Sales Inspectors and drive growth in the business-to-business segment.

You will oversee the commercial sales department, set strategy, train staff, negotiate contracts, and work toward meeting and exceeding sales goals across commercial, institutional, industrial, and municipal clients in Southern Arizona.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid state driver's license.
• Prior sales experience with a proven track record preferred.
• Must be motivated and a self-starter.
• Must have excellent oral and written communication and negotiation.
• Must be dependable, organized, and honest.
• Must have good judgment/decision making ability.
• Must have a positive attitude and excellent work ethics.
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
• Must have or be able to learn practical and technical knowledge of duties, functions, terminology, work procedures, regulations, and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Grow the number of commercial clients in your sales territory.
• Identify and develop key customer verticals within the geographical footprint.
• Negotiate all contracts with prospective clients.
• Meet or exceed sales goals.
• Sell Northwest Exterminating’s Commercial (B2B) pest management service programs to commercial, institutional, industrial, and municipal facilities.
• Generate leads from advertising and passive referrals in addition to developing new clients within your sales territory.
• Be responsible for timely and accurate reporting. Reporting will include sales calls made, proposals submitted, and disposition of prospects.
• Provide timely and accurate information and paperwork to the appropriate service center for rendering services sold.
• Operate and maintain an assigned vehicle in accordance with all motor vehicle laws, company policies and manufacturer's recommendations.
