Overview
Work Order Data Technician to support work order reconciliation efforts within utility operations. This role will assist in quality control and quality assurance and help identify a long-term plan to eliminate a work order backlog. The role focuses on minimizing O&M leakage during reconciliation while collaborating with peers to resolve issues and provide status updates. Compensation is a flat rate of $30/hour.
Responsibilities
- Support work order reconciliation efforts within utility operations.
- Assist in quality control and quality assurance activities.
- Identify a long-term plan to eliminate work order backlog.
- Implement best practices to minimize O&M leakage during the reconciliation process.
- Collaborate with peers to solve issues and provide status updates.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum one year of experience in Construction, Operations, Design, Maintenance or Utility/Energy industries.
- Experience with invoices, work orders, state of work, purchase orders, or charges.
- Experience reconciling backlog of work orders, identifying work orders without recent charges, and determining the proper action.
- Excel experience including VLOOKUP, index match, COUNTIF, SUMIF, and managing large data sets.
- Ability to provide a report summarizing the reconciliation work completed, including recommendations for future improvements.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience within or standing up a PMO structure.
- CAPM or PMP Certification (PMI).
- Experience with SAP and work order reconciliation, specifically with VLOOKUPs, index match, COUNTIF, SUMIF, and managing large data sets.
