Ray Thomas is seeking a Billing Specialist in New York City for a top AmLaw firm. Hybrid role with three days in the NYC office. You will manage a high-volume billing portfolio and serve as a trusted financial partner to a large practice group.

Ideal candidates bring 2–4+ years of law firm billing experience, full-cycle and e-billing expertise, and strong Excel/financial reporting skills. A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.

• Experience managing complex, high-volume client accounts.
• Knowledge of outside counsel guidelines.

Base Salary: $85,000 - $120,000 (Based on Experience)

Hybrid: three days in the firm's NYC office

This is a high-visibility position supporting a rapidly growing practice group of approximately 40 professionals. You'll serve as a trusted financial and operational partner to the Practice Group Leader while managing a sophisticated, high-volume billing portfolio.
