Job summary

Courser is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to support invoicing and revenue operations for managed services, projects, and product sales. You will ensure accurate, timely, and contract-compliant client billing while collaborating with finance, service, and account management teams.

In this role, you will generate invoices, monitor time entries, support month-end close, and identify process improvements to boost billing accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in billing, accounts receivable, or finance in MSP/IT services.
• Experience with PSA tools and accounting software like QuickBooks or NetSuite.
• Familiarity with managed services contracts and recurring billing.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office tools.
• Clear written and verbal communication with a client focus.
• Ability to work independently and with teams under deadlines.
• Experience reconciling time and expenses with service tickets or projects.
• Understanding tax implications for IT services and products.
• Familiarity with CRM/ERP billing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support the month-end close process by preparing billing summaries and revenue reports.
