Billing Specialist – Join Our Revenue Accounting Team at Confluence
As our Billing Specialist, you’ll be a key player in our Revenue Accounting team, ensuring our clients receive accurate and timely invoices. You’ll work with data from multiple sources, streamline processes, and help us deliver best-in-class service. You’ll collaborate with Revenue Accountants, manage professional services contracts, and track project progress—all while driving efficiency and innovation in our billing operations.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Revenue Accountants; manage professional services contracts; track project progress.
- Ensure accurate and timely client invoicing; work with data from multiple sources; drive billing efficiency and innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Accounting
- Experience: 3–5 years in a similar billing or accounting role
- Technical Skills:
- Intermediate in Excel and other Microsoft Office suite products
- Experience with NetSuite ERP; Salesforce is a plus
- Competencies: Critical Thinking; Time Management; Communication; Data Analysis; Business Acumen
Desirable Requirements
- Experience with professional services contracts and project tracking
- Familiarity with revenue streams such as minimums, overages, and consultancy
- Prior exposure to credit memos and reconciliations
- Experience working with global currencies
