Courser in Greenville, SC is seeking a Billing Specialist to support invoicing and revenue operations for managed services, projects, and product sales. You will help ensure accurate, timely, and contract-compliant client billing while collaborating with finance, service, and account management teams.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of billing/AR experience, familiarity with PSA tools like ConnectWise Manage and Autotask, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in billing, accounts receivable, or finance within MSP or IT services.
• Experience with PSA tools (ConnectWise, Autotask) and accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite).
• Familiarity with managed services contracts, recurring billing, and project invoicing.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools.
• Clear written and verbal communication focused on client service.
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a deadline-driven environment.
• Experience reconciling time and expenses with service tickets or projects.
• Understanding of tax implications for IT services and products.
• Familiarity CRM/ERP integration for billing workflows.

Responsibilities
