Responsibilities

• Process client billing timely and accurately.
• Answer billing questions and provide high level of service to internal/external clients.
• Distribute billing proformas and ensure submission to Billing Department.
• Process invoices using e-billing systems and maintain e-billing database.
• Audit e-billing systems to match Elite 3E system.
• Manage billing book on client requests and guidelines.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• timely and accurate processing of client billing
• Maintains high level of service to internal and external clients while answering billing questions
• Distributes billing proformas through our paperless system and ensures that all proformas are submitted to the Billing Department.
• Processes invoices using e-billing systems, while maintaining e-billing database.
• Audits e-billing systems to match Elite 3E system.
• Manages billing book on client special requests, billing guidelines, attorneys' requests, etc.
• Provides instruction on billing procedures

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
• Advanced knowledge of fees and cost billing principles in a computerized environment.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel.
• 2 + years experience in legal billing
• Strong attention to detail.
• Must respect confidentiality of client and firm records.
• Must possess a high degree of confidence and professional maturity and demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.
