We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to join our team in Beaverton, OR. This entry-level position is responsible for accurate and timely billing of standard contracts, basic account audits, invoice corrections, and other routine billing tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in billing and grow into more advanced responsibilities.
Process billing for standard contracts using business management software
Review usage reports and verify billing data for accuracy
Perform basic account audits, including reviewing contract rates, terms, and active services
Process rebills, corrections, and straightforward invoice disputes
Enter dealer meter information and resolve basic billing discrepancies
Maintain accurate notes and documentation in company systems
Generate basic reports and populate reporting templates
Monitor billed and unbilled items and complete assigned work within expected timelines
Identify and

Ability to follow established processes and meet deadlines
Good written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable using email and Microsoft Office tools

Associate degree
Previous billing, invoicing, accounting, or office experience
