At UtiliQuest LLC, as a Billing Specialist, you’ll be responsible for managing billing functions within the Billing Department and supporting the Accounts Receivable (AR) team. This role involves accurate processing, tracking, and reporting of billing activities to ensure financial efficiency and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Import and process customer billing data accurately
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure billing accuracy
• Reconcile accounts receivable transactions
• Prepare analytical reports on billing and AR metrics
• Assist with client account reconciliations
• Generate and distribute invoices
• Update client contracts and service agreements
• Maintain billing scrubbing rules
• Document SOPs related to AR billing

Requirements

• Must be 18 or older
• Legal authorization to work in the US
• Experience in accounts receivable or an Associate’s Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting (preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Solomon software is a plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Salary Range: $24.00 - $27.00/hr (based on experience)
