ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST SRO

This position is responsible for the specialized processing of accounts receivable transactions in the areas of Cash Applications, Cash Posting, and Negative Balances. Responsibilities include processing adjustments/refunds, cash posting, research, and communication, while maintaining department standards and quality expectations. The role supports inventory management and reports variances of concern, following standard operating procedures with general supervision.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Processing a high volume of out-of-balance adjustments/refunds within the assigned deadline.
2. Conducting research and communications to ensure accuracy and compliance.
3. Supporting inventory management and reporting variances of concern.
4. Following department standard operating procedures for all processes.
5. Performing duties with general supervision.

License/Certification/Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year of experience in insurance, claims, EOB, cash posting, billing, or accounts receivable is required.
• Previous Labcorp RCM experience is preferred.

Shift: Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm (EST)

Pay Range: $15/hr - $16/hr (state minimum wages apply if higher)
