Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a high-volume client contact call center.
• Strong decision-making velocity in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective, strong, and service-focused communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Phone servicing of billing inquiries, taking payments, client concerns, portal navigation assistance, etc.
• Provide excellent customer service and quality technical content via incoming calls, text chats and email in a fast-paced, high-volume contact center environment.
• Own and timely handle customer requests with accuracy and professionalism.
• Analyze information to make appropriate decisions and resolve issues while maintaining a pleasant caller experience.
• Navigate multiple systems to research and resolve requests for clients and partners.
• Maintain productivity, service, and quality standards in a fast-paced setting.
• Collaborate with team members and partners to provide a high-quality experience for agents.
• Comply with corporate policies, regulatory standards (SOX), PCI processes and procedures.
• Cross-sell products to provide best experience for clients.
