Responsibilities

• Answer billing questions and take payments via multiple channels.
• Assist customers with portal login and navigation.
• Provide accurate information and resolve inquiries in a timely manner.
• Cross-sell products to enhance client experience.
• Work 40 hours per week on a rotating shift; occasional Saturday coverage.
