Responsibilities

• Phone servicing of billing inquiries and payments.
• Provide excellent customer service via calls, texts and email.
• Own and timely handling of customer requests.
• Analyze information to make appropriate decisions.
• Navigate multiple systems to research and resolve requests.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards in a fast-paced center.
• Collaborate with team members and partners to ensure a quality experience.
• Comply with corporate policies and regulatory standards (SOX/PCI).
• Cross-sell products to enhance client experience.
• Work overtime as needed.
