Qualifications

• 3 years of related administrative experience preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of billing or accounting preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's in Business Administration or Finance preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with Workday or similar PSA software is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is necessary.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with CRLs and engagement teams on billing expectations and assign billing amounts for standard/out-of-scope work.
• Review billing information to identify discrepancies or errors; maintain accurate billing records.
• Process and monitor invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness; resolve billing issues.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on billing activities and trends.
• Assist with payroll-related revenue cycle tasks, including AR posting and WIP monitoring.
