Job summary

Calibre CPA Group, PLLC is seeking a Billing Coordinator in Maryland to manage the Firm's billing operations and support the revenue cycle. The role requires strong Excel skills, accuracy, and the ability to handle multiple cycles with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities include invoicing for various engagement types, monitoring WIP, and supporting collections while maintaining client relationships and firm policies.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years billing, accounting, AR, or professional services administrative experience.
• Experience with hourly, fixed-fee, and recurring billing processes.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly, quarterly, annual, and project-based billing cycles across multiple service lines.
• Prepare, review, and process client invoices for hourly, fixed-fee, recurring, and special project engagements.
• Review WIP reports to identify billable activity, aged WIP, and billing delays.
• Coordinate with Partners and engagement teams to ensure timely billing and resolution of billing questions.
• Generate draft invoices and billing reports for Partner review and approval.
• Process approved invoices and distribute client billing through designated delivery methods.
