Job summary

Symphony-Diagnostic-Services-No1,-LL is seeking a detail-oriented billing clerk to support revenue cycle processes in our Texas office. You will submit claims, maintain audit trails, and ensure documentation for compliance and audit readiness.

The role requires proficiency with billing systems, Microsoft Excel and Outlook, and strong verbal and written communication. Experience with SNF/Hospice billing is a plus; Medicare billing is valued but not required. Team collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel preferred.
• Experience with skilled nursing facilities and hospice providers preferred.
• Medicare billing experience is a plus but not required.
• Proficiency in billing systems and Microsoft Outlook.

• Maintain complete audit trails within billing systems to support claim processing and reimbursement validation.

• Support internal and external audits by providing requested documentation and claim history records.

Revenue Cycle Support

• Collaborate with billing leadership, external and internal departments to improve operational efficiency and reimbursement outcomes.
