Job summary

TridentCare is seeking an Administrative professional to support Revenue Cycle activities, including claims submission and documentation in a remote, full-time role. The position requires accuracy and strong collaboration across departments to ensure timely reimbursements.

The role emphasizes compliance, attention to detail, and effective use of billing systems and Excel. Medicare billing experience is a plus, and a High School Diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Submit claims to the appropriate payer for reimbursement when required.
• Ensure detailed, accurate, and compliant account notes are entered into the billing system for all billing activities.
• Maintain complete audit trails within billing systems to support claim processing and reimbursement validation.
• Ensure required documentation is properly attached and maintained for compliance and audit readiness.
• Support internal and external audits by providing requested documentation and claim history records.
• Collaborate with billing leadership and other departments to improve operational efficiency and reimbursement outcomes.
• Foster a collaborative team environment by supporting coworkers, sharing best practices, and contributing to department goals and success.
• Perform other related duties, projects, and responsibilities as assigned by management.
