Kansas Child Care Training Opportunities, Inc. (KCCTO) seeks a Billing and Reconciliation Accountant to manage invoicing and financial reconciliation for professional development offerings within the statewide registry.

This role ensures accurate tracking of incoming payments and reimbursements, generates billing reports, and maintains compliant financial records. It supports leadership with financial oversight and process improvements in registry operations on-site in Kansas.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications must be met as listed (high school diploma, 1 year experience or equivalent).
• Preferred qualifications include an associate degree in accounting or related field and CRM/ invoicing experience.
• Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce and financial reconciliation is desired.

Responsibilities

• Manage invoicing processes for programs and partner organizations using the statewide registry.
• Reconcile financial data between the CRM and payment vendor systems to ensure invoices and payments are accurate.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends or discrepancies; implement improvements.
• Respond to billing inquiries from customers and organizations with timely support.
• Maintain documentation of financial transactions and update procedures as needed.
• Create, maintain, and suspend billing accounts according to policy.
