Ksdt in Miami, FL seeks a Manager of Billing and Receivables to oversee the firm’s revenue cycle, ensure accurate client invoicing, and facilitate on-time payments. Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, you will lead a two-person AR team, manage the billing calendar, and provide leadership visibility into unbilled work and aging receivables while enforcing firm policies.

Qualifications

• Typically 5+ years in billing/receivables or accounting in professional services.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business or related field.
• 2+ years supervising staff.
• Knowledge of time and billing concepts (WIP, prebills, retainers, progress billing).
• Strong client service mindset and professional billing conversations.
• Organized with attention to detail and deadline discipline.
• Experience with online billing/payments platform.
• Experience with CCH Axcess Practice is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the monthly billing calendar and invoicing workflow.
• Lead AR team; monitor aged receivables and payment follow-up.
• Oversee payment application and reconciliation.
• Administer the billing platform and invoice templates.
• Train partners and staff on billing processes.
