Job summary

SHI International in Austin, TX is seeking an Operations Analyst to support vendor management and customer billing. You will work with Project Management, Technical Account Management, Services Accounting, and the subcontractor network to improve processes and ensure accurate invoicing.

This role requires data analysis, dashboards, and reporting to monitor performance and drive cost efficiency. You’ll define requirements, coordinate cross‑team initiatives, and contribute to system improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
• 2+ years of professional experience in Managed Services billing or Project Management/Coordination.
• 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, IT operations, and/or project management.
• 1-3 years of professional experience working with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process billing and invoicing with accuracy from subcontractor to customer.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to resolve billing issues and provide status updates.
• Analyze and audit billing data to generate invoices accurately.
• Act as a subject matter expert for billing and invoicing processes.
• Develop and document process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Create reports and dashboards to monitor business health and future trends.
• Communicate processes and act as a liaison between operations and other teams.
• Define and manage business and technical requirements for projects.
• Coordinate and manage projects from discovery to completion, providing updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement system changes and improvements.
