Job summary

SHI International Corp. in Austin, TX is seeking an Operations Analyst to support vendor management and customer billing. You will work with PMO teams, analyze billing data, and help ensure invoices are issued accurately and timely.

The role reports to a PMO manager and requires collaboration across operations and services teams. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in Managed Services billing or PM coordination, strong Excel, and familiarity with Jira/Trello or MS Project.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Managed Services billing or Project Management/Coordination.
• 1-3 years of data analysis, IT operations, and/or PM experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Manage and process billing and invoicing from subcontractors to customers.
• Coordinate with internal/external teams to resolve billing issues and provide status updates.
• Analyze and audit billing data to generate accurate invoices.
• Act as SME for billing/invoicing processes and drive improvements.
• Create reports and dashboards to monitor business health and trends.
• Define and manage business/technical requirements for projects.
• Coordinate and manage projects from discovery to completion, reporting to stakeholders.
