Job summary

SHI International Corp. in Austin, TX is seeking an Operations Analyst to support vendor management, customer billing, and PMO projects. You will extract and analyze billing data, generate invoices, and help drive process improvements across teams.

You will report to a PMO Manager and coordinate with Project Management, Technical Account Management, Services Accounting, and SHI’s subcontractor network. Strong Excel and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in IT/related field.
• 2+ years in Managed Services billing or PM/Coordination.
• 1–3 years in data analysis, IT operations, or project management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process billing and invoicing, ensuring accuracy from subcontractor to customer.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to resolve billing issues and provide status updates.
• Analyze and audit billing data to generate and process invoices accurately.
• Act as a subject matter expert for billing and invoicing processes.
• Develop and document process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Create reports and dashboards to monitor business health and future trends.
• Communicate processes and act as a liaison between operations and other teams.
• Define and manage business and technical requirements for projects.
• Coordinate and manage projects from discovery to completion, providing updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement system changes and improvements.
