Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Product Manager to own the Alta billing infrastructure. You will lead licensing, subscription management, and ERP integrations across Alta and collaborate with engineering, finance, and operations to build scalable systems.

The role is hands-on, with discovery, outcome definition, and measurement of business impact. You will report to the Director of Product Management for Alta and align with cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS, cloud platforms, or enterprise software.
• Experience with billing systems, subscription management, or ERP integrations (NetSuite, SAP, Salesforce CPQ).
• Demonstrated ability to run customer discovery and translate findings into product decisions.
• Comfortable engaging with engineering on architecture and trade-offs.
• Experience defining and tracking product metrics and driving prioritization.
• Strong written and verbal communication to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bias toward action and iterative shipping of product.

Responsibilities

• Own Alta's billing infrastructure, define outcomes, and drive roadmap for licensing, subscription management, and ERP integrations.
• Conduct continuous discovery with customers, finance, and operations to inform problems and opportunities.
• Write clear product specs, manage scope, and ensure shipped solutions address the defined problem.
