Job summary

Motorola Solutions' Access Control Division (Avigilon Alta) seeks a Product Manager to own the billing infrastructure across the Alta platform, handling licensing, subscription management, and ERP integrations for a unified billing experience.

You will work hands-on with engineering, finance, and operations in a startup-style environment within a large enterprise, reporting to the Director of Product Management for Alta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 3+ years of product management experience in SaaS or enterprise software.
• Experience with billing systems, subscription management, or ERP integrations (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Salesforce CPQ).
• Ability to run customer discovery and translate findings into product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own Alta's billing infrastructure, define outcomes, and drive roadmap for licensing and ERP integrations.
• Collaborate with engineering, finance, and operations to build scalable billing systems.
• Write clear product specs, manage scope, and ship iterative solutions.
• Define success metrics and use data to validate hypotheses and measure impact.
• Unify billing across Alta Access and Alta Video to support multi-product subscriptions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned launches and revenue visibility.
