Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Product Manager to own the billing infrastructure across the Avigilon Alta platform. You will drive licensing, subscription management, and ERP integrations, delivering a unified billing experience across Alta products.

You will partner with engineering, finance, and operations to build scalable systems, run discovery, define outcomes, ship products, and measure impact in a startup-minded environment within a large enterprise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS, cloud platforms, or enterprise software.
• Experience with billing systems, subscription management platforms, or ERP integrations (e.g. NetSuite, SAP, Salesforce CPQ) strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to run customer discovery and translate findings into product decisions.
• Comfortable working directly with engineering teams, including the ability to engage in technical discussions about architecture and trade-offs.
• Experience defining and tracking product metrics, and using data to drive prioritization.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product strategy and rationale to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A bias toward action and learning over perfection, with experience shipping product iteratively.
• AI fascination and prototyping capabilities to accelerate solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own Billing Infrastructure: define outcomes and roadmap for licensing, subscription management, and ERP integrations.
• Run Continuous Discovery: interview customers and finance teams, analyze data, and translate into problem statements.
• Ship Product: write specs, manage scope, and deliver solutions that solve the defined problem.
• Measure Impact: set success metrics and use data to inform decisions.
• Unify Billing Experience: align multi-product subscriptions across Alta platforms for customers and internal teams.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: work with Finance, ERP teams, and other product teams to coordinate changes.
