Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Product Manager to own the billing infrastructure across the Avigilon Alta platform. You’ll oversee licensing, subscription management, and ERP integrations, partnering with engineering, finance, and operations to scale the unified billing experience.

Reporting to the Director of Product Management for Alta, you’ll conduct discovery, define outcomes, ship features, and measure impact, with a startup mindset inside a large enterprise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS, cloud platforms, or enterprise software.
• Experience with billing systems, subscription management platforms, or ERP integrations.
• Demonstrated ability to run customer discovery and translate findings into product decisions.
• Comfortable working directly with engineering teams, including the ability to engage in technical discussions about architecture and trade-offs.
• Experience defining and tracking product metrics, and using data to drive prioritization.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product strategy and rationale to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A bias toward action and learning over perfection, with experience shipping product iteratively.

Responsibilities

• Own Billing Infrastructure: Define outcomes and drive the roadmap for licensing, subscription management, and ERP integrations.
• Run Continuous Discovery: Interview customers and stakeholders to uncover pain points and opportunities.
• Ship Product That Matters: Write specs, manage scope, and deliver solutions that address the defined problems.
• Measure Impact: Define success metrics and use data to validate hypotheses and outcomes.
• Unify the Billing Experience: Align billing across Alta products to reduce customer friction.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with Finance, ERP teams, and other product teams.
• Stay ahead of trends: Monitor SaaS monetization and ERP integration patterns.
