Job summary

ECP is seeking a Billing Implementation Lead to guide end-to-end Billing and Payments projects for senior living clients, translating complex requirements into practical configurations and documentation.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Operations, drive customer adoption, and shape scalable processes for future implementations, including pre-sales support and a proactive feedback loop.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years in accounting, finance, billing, or related functions.
• Experience with complex billing, payments, ERP, or financial operations software.

Responsibilities

• Lead Billing and Payments implementations end to end: gather requirements, advise on workflows, configure solutions, and go-live support.
• Own end-to-end accounting integrations with customers and downstream reporting impacts.
• Identify and resolve billing issues affecting revenue accuracy and reporting.
• Build strong partnerships with Finance, Accounting, and Operations to ensure customer goals are met.
• Provide pre-sales support as Billing SME on demos and discovery.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to surface gaps and scalability needs, propose solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date implementation documentation and customer records in CRM.
