Job summary

Ziply Fiber seeks a Senior Manager to lead billing and payment platforms across a multi-system environment, focusing on platform integrity, automation, and AI-first modernization. You will own end-to-end processes from activation to posting, with emphasis on minimizing revenue leakage and improving customer trust.

The role requires 8+ years in billing/payments, 3+ years in leadership, and strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, Care, Operations, Finance, and Engineering.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years in billing, payments, revenue systems or fintech/telecom monetization.
• Three+ years of people leadership with cross-functional accountability.
• Experience in multi-platform billing ecosystems and ERP integrations.
• Strong understanding of payment processing concepts (authorization, settlement, ACH, disputes).
• Proven incident response, RCA, and remediation in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end billing platform stability and availability across services.
• Ensure accurate rating, invoicing, and bill delivery; define controls.
• Drive billing data integrity and reduce technical debt from manual corrections.
• Oversee payment processing integrations (card, ACH, autopay) and vendor relations.
• Lead incident response, problem management, and RCA activities; deliver preventive fixes.
• Define and execute an AI-first modernization roadmap for billing/payments.
