Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 5+ years in an operations environment.
• 2+ years in a supervisory/management role.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities under pressure.
• Ability to convey complex concepts to staff and customers.
• Proficient in MS Office products.

Responsibilities

• Lead remote teams responsible for premium processing, cash application, and group billing operations.
• Set team objectives, establish priorities, and ensure goals are achieved.
• Coach and manage performance through reviews and development.
• Partner with offshore BPO teams, brokers, customers, and internal stakeholders to resolve billing issues and escalations.
• Oversee complex billing exceptions, payment discrepancies, and cash application processes.
• Analyze operational data and reporting to monitor performance and support decisions.
• Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and customer experience.
• Foster cross-functional partnerships and ensure effective communication across teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
