Aegon is seeking a Manager, Group Billing Operations to lead remote teams handling premium processing, cash application, and billing support for employer-sponsored benefits. You will partner with offshore BPO teams, customers, brokers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues, drive process improvements and ensure operational excellence.

The Manager, Group Billing Operations leads remote teams responsible for premium processing, cash application, and billing support for employer-sponsored benefits. This role partners closely with offshore BPO teams, customers, brokers, and internal stakeholders to resolve billing issues, manage escalations, and ensure operational excellence. The position also provides team leadership, coaching, and performance management while driving process improvements through data and reporting.
The salary for this position generally ranges between $85,000-$95,000. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operational needs and other considerations permitted by law. The range may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rule 4.1.2.
This position is also typically eligible for an Annual Bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at Company Discretion.
