Responsibilities

• Validate and invoice project billings approved by project managers (including expenses).
• Assist project managers with PSA (milestone remediation and Q&A).
• Assist services employees with PSA (timecard & expense report remediation and Q&A).
• Work with Operations Management and Leadership on project reporting.
• Assist Operations Special Projects in processes and procedures related to services billing and time.
