Job summary

ePlus inc. is seeking a Support Billing Specialist to optimize billing processes and ensure accurate, timely invoicing across divisions. You will leverage Excel, Word, and specialized programs, manage ServiceNow tickets, and support multiple departments with precise data entry.

The role emphasizes thorough review of invoices, adherence to deadlines, and effective collaboration with internal and external partners to maintain high service levels.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of billing or accounting operations experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to follow standardized procedures.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and creative solution ability.

Responsibilities

• Manage support billing requests with accuracy and timeliness.
• Complete invoicing tasks for multiple divisions using Excel, Word, and specialized programs.
• Handle data entry for invoicing and meet daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines.
• Distribute invoices via print, email, and EDI.
• Ensure attachments and changes are included before sending invoices.
• Address special billing requirements and modify invoices as needed.
• Reprint and resend original invoices when required.
• Collaborate with business partners to resolve issues with urgency.
• Cross-train to support Billing team members as needed.
• Maintain accurate procedures and support process improvements.
