Qualifications

• Experience with billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, reconciliations, or disability services is helpful.
• Ability to review records, verify services, and ensure accurate billing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recurring billing for all service lines using eXPRS, Therap, Excel, and approved records.
• Verify that claims and invoices match verified services, authorizations, and rates.
• Investigate rejected, suspended, denied, and unpaid claims and document follow-up actions.
• Maintain billing registers, reconciliations, and a shared calendar for leadership visibility.
• Collaborate with service leaders to resolve billing barriers and escalate when needed.
• Improve billing workflows and document procedures for reporting.
