OTR Solutions, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Operations Manager for Broker Services to oversee invoicing, collections, cash application, and reconciliations across multiple product lines. This is a first hire in a growing solutions management team, with ownership of recurring billing and accounts receivable processes.

You will generate invoices, manage recurring billing, monitor aging, and resolve billing exceptions in a fast-paced FinTech environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in billing, accounts receivable, or related accounting function.
• Hands-on SaaS billing platform experience including customer setup and recurring invoices.
• Experience with contract-based, subscription, or usage-based billing.
• Strong cash application and account reconciliation knowledge.
• Advanced Excel skills with lookups and pivots.
• Leadership ability and strong prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Generate and distribute invoices across multiple products and billing schedules.
• Manage recurring billing and prorated first invoices.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on past-due balances.
• Apply customer payments and maintain accurate records.

We're looking for a detail-oriented Billing Operations Manager, Broker Services to support our Broker Services products, including Peruse, Epay, and OTR Select. This role will be responsible for invoicing, collections, cash application, account reconciliation, and maintaining accurate billing records across multiple product lines. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with financial data, and takes ownership of recurring billing and accounts receivable processes.

This will be the first hire in a fast-growing new solutions management department, with the chance to put your footprint on the organization in a meaningful way.

Responsibilities:

• Generate and distribute customer invoices across multiple products and billing schedules
• Manage recurring billing, customer account setup, and prorated first invoices
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on past-due balances
• Apply customer payments and maintain accurate account records
• Reconcile bank activity and support month-end close activities
• Process vendor payments and maintain financial records for assigned product lines
• Track contract-based billing terms and prepare adjustment invoices when necessary
• Respond to customer billing inquiries and support vendor setup requests
• Maintain billing trackers, reporting, and documentation
• Partner with Accounting and business leaders to resolve billing exceptions and disputes

What We Look For:

• 7+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, collections, or a related accounting function
• Hands-on experience with a SaaS billing platform including customer setup and recurring invoices
• Experience supporting contract-based, subscription, or usage-based billing
• Strong understanding of cash application and account reconciliation processes
• Advanced Excel skills, including lookups and pivot tables
• Leadership ability and proven experience prioritizing time and resources
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to interpret customer agreements and billing terms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems
• Experience with SaaS or subscription billing
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
