OTR Solutions, LLC, a fast-growing FinTech company in Georgia, seeks an Operations Underwriter to manage daily underwriting tasks and client data updates. You will review applications, apply underwriting guidelines, and collaborate across departments to bring on value clients.

Responsibilities include updating client data, preparing UCC filings, communicating with banks and other partners, and supporting buyouts while maintaining accuracy and speed in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required.
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong analytical skills and good judgement.
• Ability to handle difficult conversations.
• MS Excel proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Review client accounts and facilitate business changes (ownership, bank changes, name updates).
• Analyze using underwriting guidelines and policies.
• Maintain and update preliminary client data and files; manage portfolios.
• Communicate with banks, equipment finance companies and other factoring firms.
• Collaborate with Underwriting, Finance, Operations and other departments to bring on value clients.
• Prepare a UCC filing for each client to secure and validate contracts.
• Support buyouts with competitor pay status verifications on open receivables.

As a Operations Underwriter, you will be handling daily operational tasks for the Underwriting department. You will be responsible for reviewing and updating the activity of clients for OTR. You will analyze incoming applications and work quickly to update client information.

Responsibilities:

• Review client accounts by addressing and facilitating business changes such as ownership transitions, bank alterations, and name updates
• Perform analysis using standard Underwriting guidelines and policies in place
• Maintain and update all preliminary client data and files while effectively managing portfolios
• Communicate with outside vendors like banks, equipment finance companies and other factoring companies
• Collaborate with Underwriting, Finance, Operations, and other departments to ensure we are bringing on value clients
• Prepare a UCC filing for each client in order to secure and validate OTR's contract
• Support the team with any active buyouts with a competitor by verifying pay status on all open receivables
