Qualifications

• This role prefers healthcare clerical experience.
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience.
• Experience leading billing and payroll processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead billing operations in collaboration with Local Billing Director.
• Develop and support the billing team to align with company values and service standards.
• Finalize payroll and billing; investigate denials and issues.
• Perform audits and monitor data integrity.
• Set and track performance metrics and department goals.
