Job summary

Comprehensive EyeCare Partners is seeking a Billing Supervisor to lead the accounts receivable/billing team in Henderson, NV. The role focuses on performance reviews, quality, productivity oversight, and administrative approvals.

Responsibilities include supervising claims submissions, follow-up with payers, and patient balance collections, while coordinating with the Revenue Cycle Manager and external vendors to optimize processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum three to five years medical billing supervisory experience.
• Minimum five to ten years medical office billing and collections experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee billing and accounts receivable operations including claims submission, insurance AR follow up, and patient balance follow up.
• Reviews patient and insurance overpayment requests as necessary.
• Communicates regularly with Revenue Cycle Manager regarding AR status.
• Oversee the collection and bad debt process; approve accounts for collections.
• Collaborate with clearinghouses, billing staff, outside vendors, and insurers to optimize technology.
