Job summary

Adaptive Home Health is seeking a Field Operations Manager to lead scheduling, clinician capacity, and service reliability across an assigned market in the Las Vegas area. This on-site role reports to the General Manager and offers a meaningful ownership in improving patient access to home health services.

You will coordinate daily scheduling, coach coordinators, and partner with clinical leaders to ensure timely patient care and efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily scheduling, visit assignments, rescheduling, and service-failure prevention across the assigned market.
• Monitor clinician capacity and coordinate coverage for PTO, callouts, urgent visits, and changes in patient demand.
• Review clinician productivity, documentation timeliness, and provide coaching when expectations are not met.
• Lead and support Patient Care Coordinators by delegating scheduling and reporting responsibilities while maintaining ownership of outcomes.
• Proactively resolve missed visits, patient access barriers, and issues delaying care or billing.
• Support clinician onboarding and reinforce scheduling-related processes.
• Partner with Account Executives and clinical leaders to respond to service concerns and assess coverage feasibility.
