CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) is seeking a Central Billing Coordinator in Milwaukee to champion client billing and practice management across services. You will collaborate with CRLs and engagement teams to ensure accurate invoicing and timely revenue recognition.

The role requires attention to detail, experience in billing or accounting, and proficiency with Workday or PSA software, plus strong MS Office skills.

Formación

• 3 years of related administrative experience preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of billing or accounting preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or Bachelor’s in Business Administration or Finance preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate regularly with CRLs and engagement teams to understand billing expectations and provide input on standard and out-of-scope billing.
• Review billing information to identify discrepancies or errors and work with internal teams to correct them.
• Maintain accurate billing records and files for clients and engagements.
• Process and monitor invoices to ensure accuracy and timeliness, including handling out-of-scope activities.
• Assist withBilling schedules, prepaid and scheduled bills for WIP consumption as needed.
• Communicate with clients and CRLs to resolve billing issues and questions.
• Support AR posting, data management updates, and AR adjustments as part of the revenue cycle.
• Monitor aging AR and provide proactive analysis of production, profitability, and financial performance.
