Calor is seeking a detail-driven Billing Operations Analyst for a 12-month fixed-term contract in Warwick, with a hybrid working model. You will oversee billing systems, ensure invoices are accurate and on time, and collaborate with IT to resolve issues, while supporting Customer Service and Collections teams.

The role focuses on data analysis, process improvement, and KPI monitoring, offering ownership across billing processes and cross-functional exposure to IT, Finance and Customer Service.

The Point, Warwick 12 months fixed term contract, Full-time, Hybrid £29,000 to £34,000 (Dependent on experience)

The Impact You’ll Make

As a key member of our Billing Operations function, you’ll act as a business owner for our billing systems and processes. You’ll safeguard billing accuracy while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance the customer journey.
