Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in Finance Systems, Billing Operations, or Order-to-Cash.
• Strong understanding of Lead-to-Cash processes including contracts, orders, billing and invoicing.
• Experience querying and analyzing data with BigQuery/SQL or similar tools.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills with cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for billing and invoicing systems to ensure accurate invoices.
• Troubleshoot billing issues across subscription and usage-based models.
• Collaborate with Billing Operations to resolve discrepancies in contracts, pricing, and invoicing.
• Investigate data issues impacting billing accuracy and data quality.
• Support processes across contracts, orders, billing, and revenue in the Order-to-Cash lifecycle.
• Assist with issue resolution across Finance, Billing Operations, and Business Systems teams.
• Analyze system workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
