Job summary

Conservice is seeking a Billing Manager to oversee resident billing for multi-unit properties. You will prepare timely and accurate billing statements, ensure residents reimburse expenses fairly, and collaborate with clients to deliver effective billing solutions.

This full-time, hybrid role in Logan, Utah runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Mountain Time. Compensation starts at $19.40/hour with a productivity-based bonus; strong Excel and Google Suite skills, plus excellent client

Qualifications

• 2+ years in an office environment or client-facing work.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Suite tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients to achieve mutually beneficial Billing solutions.
• Use custom software to calculate utility bills for residents.
• Utilize Excel to solve billing problems and data analysis.
• Maintain excellent customer service when handling client questions.
