JOIN TEAM TRILOGY

This is an on-site position in Lawrenceburg, Indiana

Plans, supervises, and coordinates the business office operations of the health campus. Oversees AR/AP, Payroll, and billing for the health campus in accordance with current accounting principles and company policies.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supervises the business office staff and administrative functions for the health campus.
  • Establishes and maintains filing systems for accounts receivable, accounts payable, resident information, and personnel information.
  • Ensures timely and accurate completion of daily and weekly Key Statistics Reporting.
  • Creates and sets up new residents in the Accounts Receivable system.
  • Provides backup assistance for AP/Payroll functions.
  • Supervises processing of accounts payable and payroll in conjunction with the Executive Director, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Manages setup and maintenance of resident files according to standards.
  • Maintains census records in the Accounts Receivable system for accurate billing.
  • Handles month-end billing processes for all payer classes timely and accurately.
  • Assists with posting payments received to the correct resident accounts and cash receipt journals.
  • Reconciles cash receipts journal with monthly deposit logs and sends copies to the Home Office monthly.
  • Supervises resident trust accounts, records deposits, makes payments, reconciles monthly, and issues resident trust statements per regulations.
  • Monitors and collects accounts receivable, preparing monthly reports for quarterly reviews with the Executive Director and Business Office Support.
  • Supervises scheduling, work assignments, and standardization of office procedures.
  • Ensures adherence to procedures for cost control, supplies, and purchase orders.
  • Maintains and inventories office supplies to prevent overstocking.
  • Participates in annual required training programs.
  • Minimal travel, including overnight stays, as necessary.

Position Overview

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred.

Experience

  • At least two years’ supervisory experience in accounts receivable, payroll, or accounts payable; healthcare or senior living experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
