Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in a billing/finance setting.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong problem-solving and independent decision-making abilities.
• Process improvement mindset and adaptability in growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a billing team of 5-10 people.
• Help build and scale the billing department to support added volume.
• Oversee billing cycles for accuracy and timely delivery.
• Reconcile billing and customer issues and manage escalations.
• Analyze large data exports from multiple systems using Excel.
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency.
• Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to align with business needs.
• Support transition to a single ERP platform (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central).
• Maintain procedural documentation and train the team on terminology and deadlines.
