Triumvirate Environmental, a leading environmental services firm in North America, seeks a Billing Specialist for our onsite Cumming, GA office. The role involves coordinating with sales, service and account management to ensure accurate billings and timely invoicing in accordance with contracts.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in MS Office; associate degree preferred and minimum 1 year in billing or related field.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple responsibilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with sales and service teams to ensure accurate billingsetup (client purchase orders, invoice frequency, pricing, etc.).
• Create and review client invoices, ensuring accurate and timely billing to customers per contract terms.
• Develop pricing for new services, goods and wastes based on sales strategy in collaboration with account management and project administration.
• Coordinate with other roles/departments to resolve billing discrepancies, disputes, and issues.
• Assist Technical Services with filing, copying, scanning and answering the phone.

Billing Specialist

Triumvirate Environmental, one of the largest environmental services firms in North America, is seeking a Billing Specialist for our Cumming, GA office.

This position reports to the Senior General Manager. This position will be fully onsite.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with sales and service teams to ensure accuratebillingsetup (client purchase
  orders, invoice frequency, pricing, etc.)
  • Work with account management to secure and manage client purchase orders
  • Working with Technical Services to identify new items to create pricing
• Create and review client invoices, ensuring accurate and timelybillingto customers in
  accordance with contract terms and company policies.
• Have a working knowledge of customer price schedules
• Work with account management and project administration teams to develop pricing for new services, goods and wastes based on sales strategy
• Coordinate with other roles/departments to resolvebillingdiscrepancies, disputes, and issues in a timely manner.
• Work with Technical Services team to assist in filing, copying, scanning and answering the phone.

Basic Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact professionally with both clients and internal stakeholders.

• Must have a reliable form of transportation

Preferred Requirements:

• Prior relevant industry experience
• Prior successful experience in a customer service role
• Associate's degree preferred
• Minimum 1 years of experience inbilling, customer facing and/or finance related field
