Triumvirate Environmental in Davie, FL is seeking a Billing Specialist to join our onsite team. You will create and review client invoices, ensure billing accuracy, and collaborate with sales and service teams to meet contract terms.

You should have strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with billing systems is a plus. This role reports to the Technical Services Manager and requires eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Create and review client invoices, ensuring accurate and timely billing to customers in accordance with contract terms and company policies.
• Understanding Oracle Project Billing functionality to create customer invoices
• Review client contracts to understand billing requirements and terms.
• Work closely with sales and service teams to ensure accurate billing setup (client purchase orders, invoice frequency, pricing, etc.).
• Coordinate with sales, finance, project administration, analysts, and other relevant roles/departments to resolve billing discrepancies, disputes, and issues in a timely manner.
• Work with account management and project administration teams to develop pricing for new services, goods and wastes based on sales strategy
• Communicate with internal stakeholders to address billing inquiries and concerns.
• Perform other duties as needed and assigned.
